What You’ll Do (Impact Areas)

• Support the development of an intelligent assistant to automate the tracking of purchase orders (expired, upcoming expirations, invoicing status, and key KPIs).
• Analyze and process operational data from the Procurement area to generate actionable insights.
• Collaborate in the design and development of an AI-based bot for purchase order tracking.
• Identify opportunities to optimize processes and automate repetitive tasks.
• Document workflows, processes, and automation improvements.
