Your Tasks

As an intern, you will support the existing investment team with the following tasks:

  • Analyses of teasers and investment memoranda to identify suitable Mutares acquisitions.
  • Assisting with financial modelling: Set up financial reports on a monthly basisIntegration of assumptions to build a Mutares investment caseNormalisation of working capitalAnalyses of debt and net debt itemsPrepare valuations to determine true enterprise value
  • Support due diligence: Analyses of virtual data roomsCritical thinking to identify areas of riskQ&A preparation for expert calls
  • Support in the preparation of offer documents
  • Support in document preparation for potential exit transactions

    • Your Profile

  • A completed Masters degree or a student in the final phase of their degree
  • Prior internship experience within Private Equity, Investment Banking or Corporate Finance
