Intern Operations

Job Outline:

The Operations Executive will manage multiple teams within a specific / multiple content sets and will be responsible to manage the deliverables of a large operations team. He/ she will work with senior management to determine content information requirement and develop recommendations and strategies to maintain and improve delivery of content operations for her/his team.

Operations Management and Service Delivery

• Overall responsibility for the operation groups that s/he will be managing
  
• Drive regular operational tasks taking into account quality and timeliness requirements, shift scheduling, overtime management etc
  
• Ensure team performance exceeds stated targets on KPIs viz., productivity, timeliness, accuracy and coverage and will drive to improve the same on a continuous basis
