About The Role

  • Perform time-sensitive, front-line, customer and carrier-facing work.
  • Work closely with different teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and standards.
  • Provide top-tier customer service in timely manner.
  • Support fast-paced, centralized operational account operations.
  • Process improvement.
  • Communicate with and provide feedback to the account operations team to improve on new processes.
  • Empowered participation in the development, implementation, and automation of critical business processes.
