About The Role
- Perform time-sensitive, front-line, customer and carrier-facing work.
- Work closely with different teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and standards.
- Provide top-tier customer service in timely manner.
- Support fast-paced, centralized operational account operations.
- Process improvement.
- Communicate with and provide feedback to the account operations team to improve on new processes.
- Empowered participation in the development, implementation, and automation of critical business processes.
