Project Title: CTO End‑to‑End Cycle Time (CT) Tracking (Reservation → Pack to FG) Description: CTO Cycle Time is currently fragmented across systems, steps, and teams, resulting in: Limited visibility to where CT is lost Misalignment between Manufacturing and Planning Reactive output commitments to TSP instead of predictable delivery This project establishes a single, end‑to‑end CT definition and tracking mechanism to compare ideal vs actual CT, enabling fact‑based commitment reliability and proactive CTO control.
