Project Title

CTO End‑to‑End Cycle Time (CT) Tracking (Reservation → Pack to FG)

Description

CTO Cycle Time is currently fragmented across systems, steps, and teams, resulting in limited visibility to where CT is lost, misalignment between Manufacturing and Planning, and reactive output commitments to TSP instead of predictable delivery. This project establishes a single, end‑to‑end CT definition and tracking mechanism to compare ideal vs actual CT, enabling fact‑based commitment reliability and proactive CTO control.

Scope

Cover the CTO flow from Reservation Creation through CTO Processing to Pack to FG, learn to measure CT at key control points rather than every micro‑step, and focus on visibility, alignment, and decision‑making (not system redesign). The supporting teams include Manufacturing, Quality, Planning, Test Engineering, TSP (Tactical Supply Planning), Process Engineering, and Equipment Engineering.
