Position Summary
Based out of Mississauga, the Intern, Leasing supports Crombie’s leasing activities by assisting with tenant communications, market research, and property documentation and coordination. Additional duties of the Intern, Leasing include but are not limited to:
Conducts market research and analysis to identify potential tenant opportunities.Updates site and floor plans for the Crombie website and lease documentation.Prepares tenant proposal letters and support communications with prospective tenants.Schedules site tours in coordination with Property Managers.Performs financial analysis for deals, including Net Effective Rent (NER) calculations.Responds to inbound tenant and broker inquiries via email and phone.Assists with monthly Portfolio Review calls and update reports as required.Extracts and summarize key information from leases, including use cl...
