Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist with job postings, resume screening, candidate scheduling, and interview coordination. Help prepare onboarding materials and support the smooth integration of new hires.
  • HR Administration: Assist with updating employee records, preparing HR documentation, and maintaining HR databases and files.
  • General HR Support: Provide day-to-day support to HR team members in various HR-related tasks, including research, and process improvement projects.
  • Employee Engagement: Help with organizing employee engagement activities and events, and assist with employee surveys or feedback sessions.
  • Administration Related: Learn to handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry and provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operation.
  • Marketing: Perform in posting, advertising an updating job advertisement on social media.
