Summary
We are looking for an intern to assist in building intelligent, automated infrastructure across cloud, network and end‑user computing (EUC). The intern will be working with experienced IT engineers to use AI, automation and observability to improve reliability, user experience and end‑to‑end fulfilment for IT services.

Optimizing Cloud operations on GCP, service visualization using Grafana
Detect anomalies in performance and security‑relevant metrics and logs using AI
Design and prototype scripts, bots or workflows to automate remediation
Reliability, Security & Observability
Help build and improve dashboards, alerts and health checks for network and EUC services
Contribute to defining and tracking SLOs/SLIs, including service availability, latency, change/fulfilment times, security‑related indicators (e.g. patch compliance, endpoint health, failed logins, basic vulnerability/Ticket ag...
