Analyze recurring IT incidents within the BURN-IN manufacturing area to identify failure modes, implement permanent corrective actions and enhance system reliability. Understand MES ecosystems and its integrations. Understand the BURN-IN process flow and its dependencies. Develop skills in incident investigation, root cause analysis and recommending sustainable solutions. Study AI-driven approaches for detecting and recovering production transaction failures. Implement proactive monitoring and alert mechanisms for applications and servers to notify operations before failures occur. Design and implement an AI-powered auto-correction mechanism to detect failures and execute corrective actions autonomously, minimizing downtime and manual intervention.
