What You Will Do

• Support Talent Acquisition activities, including career fairs, hiring coordination and recruitment processes.
• Track and maintain Internal Referral Program records, recruitment documents and approval workflows.
• Coordinate pre‑onboarding activities and ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.
• Prepare and manage HR administrative tasks, such as PR submissions, filing and document handling.
• Assist in HR events, employee engagement activities and daily HR operations projects.
