Job Summary
The HR Intern will assist the Human Resources Department in both HR Administration and Learning & Development functions. The intern will gain practical exposure in employee records management, onboarding, training coordination, HR documentation, payroll support, and employee engagement activities within a manufacturing environment. Human Resources Administration

Assist in maintaining and updating employee personal files, HR databases, and staff records.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparation of documents and onboarding checklist.
Assist in preparing HR letters, memos, reports, and other HR-related documentation.
Support attendance, leave administration, and filing of supporting documents.
Assist in recruitment activities including job posting, interview arrangement, and candidate coordination.
Handle filing, scanning, and proper documentation of HR records and forms.
