Responsibilities
- Supporting training coordination, including scheduling, preparing materials, and updating training records/database.
- Assisting in employee engagement activities, such as event planning, logistics coordination, and on‑site support.
- Handling new joiner onboarding tasks, including arranging typhoid vaccinations and medical check‑ups, and ensuring documentation completeness.
- Coordinating recruitment events, including open interviews, walk‑in sessions, and job fairs.
- Managing HR administrative tasks, such as data updates, record maintenance, and compilation of HR reports.
Qualifications
- You are a final year student in Human Resource Management, Human Resource Development, Organizational Behaviour, Industrial Psychology, or Business Administration with an HR specialization study.
