About this Position

Join our HR team in Barcelona and gain hands‑on experience across the full intern‑journey at Henkel Ibérica. You will support Talent Acquisition, contracting, and onboarding activities for our intern community, working closely with HR Recruitment Partner, HR Business partners and Business teams while gaining valuable experience in an international environment.

What You’ll Do

• Support the end‑to‑end recruitment process for internship positions across Henkel Ibérica.
• Post vacancies, actively source candidates, and help build strong talent pipelines for future internship opportunities.
• Screen applications, identify suitable profiles, and conduct initial phone interviews with candidates.
• Coordinate candidate shortlists and interviews, working closely with hiring managers and external partner throughout the selection process.
