Intern - HR Analytics

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical HR Analytics Intern who is passionate about turning data into meaningful insights. This role offers hands-on exposure to recruitment analytics, employee data analysis, and HR reporting. What Youll Do: Analyze hiring, attrition, and HR pipeline data Develop and maintain dashboards and reports Identify trends and provide data-driven insights to improve HR decisions Ensure data accuracy across HR trackers and systems Support process improvement initiatives within the HR function Requirements What Were Looking For: Final-year student or recent graduate in HR, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field Strong command of Excel and analytical thinking Good communication and presentation skills High attention to detail and ownership mindset Preference will be given to candidates with hands-on experience in Power BI (dashboard creation & reporting) Internship Duration: 3 months
