Bug fixing – Communicate with external service provider Mastersolution and conduct 1st level support in moodle-based learning management system

Developing – UX improvements, handling the project management: managing the changes / sprints with Mastersolution to implement feature development roadmap

Testing – Testing system features with different devices (mobile and notebook) and feedback the developers

Enriching – Add new trainings after release or update training schedule based on internal planning

Globalizing – Implement different system languages following existing training languages (internal coordination with translation experts)

Operating – Enroll users into courses, consult if necessary, pitch learning management system to internal and external stakeholders, manage course-specific meta data

Creating – Transform existing ppt trainings into e-learning / video storyboards telling...
