This job is an internship for Business & Logistics students. You would learn from our senior experts and work in First Choice (FC) Team. The FC Intern supports the planning, coordination and execution of First Choice (Continuous Improvement) initiatives. The intern will assist in data preparation, workshop activities, documentation management, and employee engagement efforts that strengthen the First Choice culture across the organization.

Assist in updating FC project trackers, documentation, and SharePoint materials.
Support the preparation of reports, charts, and improvement dashboards.
Help monitor ongoing CI initiatives and follow up with project owners when necessary.
