Job Description

Assist in supervising and coordinating soft services area of care, such as janitorial, waste management, pantry and cafeteria services, event management, landscaping, pest control, transportation, and lockers. Conduct site inspections and ensure all services meet quality standards and compliance requirements. Support the team in collaborating closely with external service providers to address issues and ensure flawless service delivery. Assist with documentation, work order tracking, inventory management, and other administrative tasks. Support initiatives to improve overall employee's experience within the facility. Assist in ad-hoc projects related to soft services area of responsibilities Pursuing a degree/diploma in Facilities Management, Property Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
