What are your contributions to the team?

  • Monitor, update and communicate the entry into service skyline for all upcoming deliveries to upper management & internal stakeholders
  • Maintain information accuracy in the SalesForce.com database
  • Support various customer centric initiatives in line with internal support needs
  • Communicate by email and/or by telephone, as required, with the Field Support teams to support customer requests
  • Assist with the modification of various tools to support the process initiative
  • Monitoring the consumption of contract related entitlements and commitments.
  • Support the invoicing process of Pilot/Technical missions
  • Process, audit and reconcile Field Support invoices related to customer satisfaction
