Responsibilities

  • Provide support in the engineering analysis of Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) systems

  • Assist in assessing the technical feasibility of innovative building technologies

  • Monitor and analysebuildings’ efficiency via the Building Management System

  • Assist in the day-to-day technical operations support

  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as required

    • Requirements

  • Currently pursuing aDiplomainFacilities Management, Mechanical/Environmental Engineering, or any other Sustainable Building related disciplines

  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel 

  • Able to multitask and deliver work on time and accurately

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
