Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Intern to support the digitization and automation initiatives within the Administration function. The role will focus on identifying process improvement opportunities, collaborating with the Technology team, and driving implementation of automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency, accuracy, and transparency.

This is a one-year hands-on role offering exposure to cross-functional collaboration, process transformation, and digital implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Map and document existing administrative processes (SOPs, workflows, approvals, trackers, etc.).
  • Identify opportunities for digitisation, automation, and process optimisation.
