Key Responsibilities
The engagement of an intern is proposed to support the implementation and assessment of Pick-Up and Drop-Off at NADI () services nationwide, involving 1,099 NADI locations across Malaysia. The scope of work requires a systematic desktop study, data collection, survey administration, follow-ups, and analysis related to site suitability, service effectiveness, and stakeholder feedback. Due to the large number of locations, this task is resource-intensive and time-consuming, and may impact existing officers' core responsibilities if handled internally.
Key duties include:
Desktop Study & Data Collection
Compile and review data for all 1,099 NADI locations nationwide
Assess site suitability, location, accessibility, and surrounding environment
Review available demographic and geographic information related to each NADI
Survey Development & Administration
Assist in designing survey questionnaires for relevant stakeholders (e.g. Technology ...
