What You´ll Do

  • Support customer communication and help ensure a smooth customer experience
  • Act as a point of contact for customer enquiries (email, calls)
  • Assist with order-to-cash (OTC) and customer service related activities
  • Help build relationships with customers and collect their feedback
  • Maintain and update CRM data, supporting business development activities
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction (CSAT)
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Experience, Supply Chain, etc.)
  • Support ongoing projects, process improvements and best practices
  • Help monitor performance using KPIs and reports
