Where do you fit in?
The Customer Operations Intern will work on strategic projects aimed at shaping the
Customer Operations of the future
. Interns will be assigned to a
business challenge
and grouped into teams of 3–4 members. Each team will receive guidance from a
Customer Operations Lead/Mentor
throughout the assignment.

The scope of the challenge may involve
data, process, systems, people/culture
, or a combination of these elements. Interns will analyze real-world operational dilemmas, propose recommendations, and deliver actionable insights to improve efficiency, customer experience or organisational competitiveness.
