Position Summary

Based out of Mississauga, the Intern, Corporate Development assists with the facilitation of current asset action plans through research, analyzing data identifying opportunities and risks for Crombie. The Intern, Corporate Development also collaborates with the GIS Analyst to support in-house Geographic Information System (GIS) software enhancement, and assists with ad hoc projects as required. Additional duties of the Intern, Corporate Development include but are not limited to:

  • Researching Commercial Real Estate (CRE) industry trends, asset class performances and REIT peers strategy related development.

  • Leveraging industry data and reports to study the latest CRE trends and identify potential opportunities and risks for Crombie.
