Key Responsibilities

1. Pre-Contract Stage

  • Assist in preparation of cost estimates and feasibility studies

  • Support in measurement and preparation of Bills of Quantities (if applicable)

  • Assist in tender documentation and compilation

  • Participate in tender evaluation and comparison

  • Prepare cost comparison reports under supervision

2. Post-Contract Stage

  • Assist in valuation of progress claims from contractors

  • Check variation order submissions and supporting documents

  • Assist in preparation of cost reports and budget tracking

  • Monitor project cost against approved budget

  • Support final account documentation and verification
