**A Day in the Life of an Application Group Intern**
**New Product Development (NPD)**
+ Support on recipe development in line with approved project briefs
+ Coordination and execution during industrial trials, process validation, and related documentation
+ Support in documentations and activities for completion of technical acceptance approval requirements
+ Help prepare product specifications, process flows, and Manufacturing Dossiers
+ Support shelf‑life studies, HACCP, QMS activities, and key sensory attributes development
+ Assist with SAP-related activities, including material creation, material specifications and Bills of Materials (BOMs)
+ Collaborate with suppliers and Procurement in raw materials development
