Job Description

Our public sector client requires a Reliability cleared Intermediate Web Developer to create user-friendly, accessible PDF forms as part of a digital modernization project. The client is usingPSOHP’s forms to request or submit information required for the provision of occupational health services. Individuals may complete forms from either within or outside of Government of Canada environments (e.g., using Government of Canada devices) or personal devices.Existing forms need to be updated and modernized. Once modernized, these forms will primarily be electronically filled out, signed, and submitted by PSOHP clients but can also be printed and completed as paper forms.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop digital forms that are cross-compatible between PDF software applications, for end users (i.e., viewing and filling out forms) and for future maintenance (e.g., editing form fields, updating dropdown field lists).
