Contribute your expertise in land development and stormwater management for diverse projects in Southern Ontario. In this role, reporting to the Team Leader, you will act as a Land Development Project Manager. Utilize your technical skills for preparing servicing studies and stormwater designs while supervising junior designers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage preparation of master servicing and functional studies
- Conduct detailed stormwater management studies and modeling
- Write reports, design briefs, and seek agency approvals
- Liaise with clients and multiple agencies for project needs
- Ensure timely project delivery while managing budgets
Requirements
- Registration as a Qualified Engineer or Civil Technologist in Ontario
- Minimum four years in land development engineering
