Your role will be pivotal in maintaining profitability and implementing effective strategies within the Equipment Breakdown line in Canada, fostering collaborative relationships along the way.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess risks for new and renewal accounts
• Drive team dynamics and enhance broker relationships
• Provide technical coaching to junior underwriters
• Monitor and adapt to market conditions
• Establish pricing and premium levels for accounts
Requirements:
• At least 4 years of relevant insurance experience
• Proven ability in negotiations and leadership
• Post-secondary education required
