Intermediate Trainer

Must Haves

University graduation in a related field (e.g., Adult Education, Instructional Design, Business Administration, or related) plus four (4) years progressively responsible related experience OR diploma in a related field and a minimum six (6) years of progressively responsible work experience; or equivalent as described below.

Equivalency: Directly related education or experience considered on the basis of 1 year of education for 1 year of experience; or 1 year of experience for 1 year of education.

• 3 years experience developing communication materials.
• 3 years experience leading curriculum design projects from inception to completion.
• 3 years experience with ERP systems training (e.g., Finance, HCM/Payroll, Supply Chain Management).
