Leadership, Mentorship, and Quality Management

• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and professional development support to junior engineers and technical staff.
• Apply current design standards, policies, and contract delivery documentation requirements, as they relate to construction staging.
• Support municipal and highway staff on contract tender package preparation and submission requirements.

Technical Expertise and Project Delivery

• Provide traffic engineering support for Traffic Staging detailed design projects.
• Preparation and review of traffic‑related technical reports and deliverables, including:
  • Traffic Operations Reports
  • Traffic Management Plans
  • Sign Inventory Reports
  • Staging Memoranda
  • Roadside Safety and Guiderail Reports
