Assist the Manager to effectively support the development of maintenance strategies and work programs related to human performance, predictive, preventative, and corrective maintenance of plant systems and equipment and business plan submissions. Duties
Contribute to, and conduct the development of one or more of the following maintenance work programs:
Strategic work programs and business plans including reporting of costs incurred versus budget, communications and reporting on human performance issues, deployment plans of staff within the Maintenance organization and assignment to other work groups or projects.Maintenance program strategies related to the plant systems and equipment using maintenance expertise in assessing and monitoring the effectiveness and currency of divisional methods, procedures, standards and practices.Analysis of the effectiveness and currency of predi...
