Role: Talent Growth Lead will be responsible for creatively spearheading our talent acquisition strategies and leading a dynamic team to attract and nurture the best solvers in the world, enabling Searce to deliver faster, smarter, better business outcomes for our clients & partners.

• Futuristic approach in updating current and designing new recruiting procedures
• Lead and supervise the Talent Growth team, effectively reporting on performance
• Efficiently track and maintain recruiting metrics like time-to-hire and cost-per-hire
• Creatively strategize sourcing to significantly improve hiring rates
• Stay up-to-date with sourcing trends and apply them effectively
• Train and coach recruiters and hiring managers on efficient interview techniques
