Intermediate or Senior Business Analyst (BA) - Payments

Position Description

This role is hybrid and requires you to be at our downtown Toronto office at a minimum 2 days per week - subject to change at any time.

Your future duties and responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for payments initiatives, including digital assets and tokenization use cases
• Support initiatives related to tokenized payments, digital currencies, asset digitization, and related settlement or custody workflows
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, developers, and operations teams to translate business needs into solution-ready requirements
• Develop process flows, use cases, data mappings, and API/interface specifications
• Support regulatory, risk, compliance, and security discussions related to digital assets and payments
• Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and user story definition
