Join Clio as an Intermediate Customer Onboarding Specialist in Burnaby, Toronto, or Calgary, focusing on client success through exceptional onboarding experiences. Master the art of customer interactions and technical training.
This position is a 12-month contract aimed at enhancing customer onboarding within Clio's suite of products. You will work closely with clients during their lifecycle, delivering value and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. Your ability to understand and empathize with customer needs will help drive product adoption and success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead training sessions to onboard clients successfully
• Oversee client accounts and mitigate churn risks proactively
• Identify customer needs and drive towards their “first value”
• Collaborate effectively with Sales and other teams
