The Buildings and Facilities group in Toronto provides mechanical and electrical design for all types of buildings in the commercial, institutional, industrial, and recreational sectors. Our clients and projects are varied and diverse. The office is a high‑energy workspace where we work closely as a team to meet the requirements and deadlines of our clients.

Your role

• Independent design of small and medium projects.
• Prepare mechanical specifications.
• Provide site take‑offs.
• Attend co‑ordination meetings for projects.
• Obtain information from equipment suppliers and incorporate in designs and specifications.
• Co‑ordinate with Utilities and Municipalities regarding incoming services.
• Assist in drafting in AutoCAD on an as‑needed basis as well as Revit modelling.
