**Intermediate Level Process Technician Position HIRING IMMEDIATELY $22 - $25/HR**

**Description** **:**

+ Support operators in daily production activities and act as backup when required
+ Improve production processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize downtime
+ Monitor and improve product quality by reducing defects, rework, and scrap
+ Identify issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
+ Investigate and resolve customer complaints (RMA)
+ Set, maintain, and standardize process parameters for consistent output
+ Develop and maintain machine programs and update machine data
+ Ensure high equipment uptime through preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting

**Shift & Pay:**

+ 2nd shift: 3:30PM - 11:45PM
+ Pay is between $22 - $25/hr
