Our client seeks an Intermediate Specialized IT Consultant for a 12-month contract in Toronto. This on-site role requires strong experience with Microsoft Great Plains and other financial systems. You must be adept at managing urgent requests while maintaining excellent communication with clients and team members.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide Tier 2 support with MS GP and Logibec MMS
• Prioritize urgent and scheduled service requests effectively
• Liaise with users and technical teams for issue resolution
• Identify application defects and assist troubleshooting
• Follow service management processes for improvement
