Who are we looking for?

GHD seeks an Intermediate Bilingual Hydrotechnical Engineer to join our Canada East team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in hydrology and hydraulics applied to hydroelectric facilities. The role can be based in Fredericton, NB or Bedford, NS. Experience with dams and the hydroelectric sector is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Perform hydrological and hydraulic analyses to support the design of hydraulic structures and dams; contribute to dam design reviews; conduct dam break simulations and prepare flood maps.
