Intermediate Front-End Developer - React - On-site

MatchBox Consulting Group is searching for a Front End Developer (6‑month contract role) for our client in the Finance industry. The office is in Downtown Vancouver and the role requires the person to work on‑site in the office Monday to Thursday and then remote on Friday.

Role And Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define development strategies and execute plans aligned with business goals.
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to build high‑quality, scalable web applications.
• Develop and maintain user interfaces using ReactJS with a strong focus on performance, security, accessibility, and usability.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices and coding standards.
• Integrate APIs and ensure smooth interaction between frontend and backend systems.
