Support Graymont's international team as an Intermediate End User Support Analyst, providing crucial technical assistance both remotely and onsite. Focus primarily on enhancing user experience in a Microsoft Windows landscape.

You'll be instrumental in troubleshooting and resolving a variety of software and hardware issues while collaborating with a global team. Your experience will help streamline processes and support user needs effectively, ensuring that technical solutions are delivered promptly.

Key Responsibilities:
• Configure and manage desktops, laptops, and peripherals
• Support users with Microsoft 365 applications and tools
• Document and resolve technical issues efficiently
• Manage incidents via ServiceNow ticketing system
• Produce and maintain user support documentation

Requirements:
• Five years of relevant end-user support experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS and applications
