INTERMEDIATE BOOKKEEPER
Location: Clark/Cebu/Manila/Tarlac (Onsite)
Shift: 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM PHT
Experience Required: Minimum 2-3+ years' bookkeeping in US accounting firm or SME

We are looking for a Intermediate Bookkeeper with solid US Bookkeeping experience.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Categorizing daily accounting transactions using Hubdoc (or similar software) and QBO
Manage accounts payable (vendor bills) and accounts receivable (invoices, payments) - as needed/training provided
Maintain documentation and ensure accuracy of client financial records
Handle payroll end-to-end, including federal and state payroll compliance.
