Job Description
As an Intermediate Architectural Technologist you will report directly to the Principal Designer and work closely with the Design and Production team and Project Management team to support successful project outcomes by contributing key elements, including (but not limited to):
- Site architectural drawing initiation and coordination with third-party suppliers and consultants
- Site drawings review to ensure consistency, accuracy and correct connection/interface between site-built elements, site services and modular units
- Coordination with Design to ensure project design intent is met
- Coordination with Engineering to ensure appropriate, accurate and consistent information for construction
- Architectural plan revisions during drawings development and permitting process to incorporate required refinement and revisions
- Review and analysis of project drawing standards for continuous improvement
