As a key member of our HR Operations team, youu2019ll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement of our Workday environment. Youu2019ll combine hands-on execution with process optimization, helping to deliver a seamless employee experience.
What you''ll do:
Own Workday Transactions: Manage day-to-day Workday business processes (corrections, cancellations, rescinds), proactively resolving stalled or stuck transactions and ensuring employee records remain accurate.
Support HR Core Processes: Action u201cto dou201d and u201creviewu201d steps within Workday (e.g., employee self-service changes, work permit reviews), ensuring timely and compliant processing.
Manage Key Requests: Handle unassigned requests such as job changes, role assignments, and the creation of new supervisory organizations.
