Key Responsibilities
Process high volumes of vendor and customer invoices, ensuring accuracy, appropriate coding, and timely posting to the general ledger.Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations, investigating discrepancies and preparing adjusting journal entries as required.Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable subledgers, monitor aging reports, and follow up on outstanding balances.Prepare and post routine journal entries, accruals, and intercompany transactions in accordance with company policies.Assist with month-end close activities by reconciling balance sheet accounts and preparing supporting work...
