About the Role
Experience:

  • 1-2 years experience in Australian accounting
  • Adept at learning new IT programs
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Experience with the Xero App suite highly regarded but not essential

Skills:

  • Multitasking across several jobs and prioritising as necessary
  • Strong focus on learning, have a drive to learn and progress your skills to take on more complex work as you become more experienced, with a willingness to take on feedback for continuous improvement
  • Exceptional communication skills (both written & verbal)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Resilient
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
  • Willingly asking questions and seeking feedback
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
  • Thrives in a high-performance work culture
