About the Role
Experience:
- 1-2 years experience in Australian accounting
- Adept at learning new IT programs
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Experience with the Xero App suite highly regarded but not essential
Skills:
- Multitasking across several jobs and prioritising as necessary
- Strong focus on learning, have a drive to learn and progress your skills to take on more complex work as you become more experienced, with a willingness to take on feedback for continuous improvement
- Exceptional communication skills (both written & verbal)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Resilient
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Willingly asking questions and seeking feedback
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
- Thrives in a high-performance work culture
