The Candidate should be based in and around Chandigarh

Requirements-

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Expertise in interior execution technicalities.
• Should be able to read and understand Interior drawings.
• Soft skills- Risk management, negotiation, time management, budgeting, and communication.

Roles and responsibilities-

• Take measurements of the site and hand them over to the designer.
• Vet all the GFC drawings and suggest changes to the designer if required.
• Research and vet contractors and vendors for a specific job. Keep an eye on onsite finances and vendor payments.
• Do material sourcing and procurement.
