Interior Project Coordinator

We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Interior Project Coordinator to manage the execution of interior design work for our new educational institute.

What You'll Do

• Research interior design trends, materials, and finishes.
• Coordinate closely with the Interior Designer to understand drawings and ensure accurate on-site execution.
• Liaise with contractors, vendors, and suppliers for quotations, procurement, and scheduling.
• Monitor project timelines, quality, and day-to-day site progress.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and completion of work.
• Prepare regular progress reports and updates for the Head Office.
• Resolve coordination issues and keep all stakeholders aligned throughout the project.
