Interior Procurement Manager

Job Responsibilities:

Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors/suppliers for high-end interior materials, furniture, and finishes.

Maintain and nurture relationships with vendors to ensure quality, timely delivery, and competitive rates.

Conduct vendor hunting to source premium and niche products for luxury projects.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with vendors.

Analyze rates, prepare cost estimates, and maintain budget control across projects.

Work closely with design and project teams to ensure procurement aligns with project specifications and BOQs.

Track and report procurement costs, identifying opportunities for optimization without compromising quality.

Coordinate with design, project management, and execution teams to ensure smooth procurement operations.
